REAL-A Central Air Conditioning Energy Saving Cloud Control Management System

1、System Equipment Control and Management

Due to the characteristics of multi-parameter, nonlinearity, and fluctuating cooling and heating loads in central air conditioning systems, it is easy to cause the system operating conditions to deviate from the efficient operating state, resulting in reduced thermal conversion efficiency of the chiller units. Under the condition of ensuring comfort, in order to improve the energy efficiency of the central air conditioning system, comprehensive energy efficiency tracking control and management of various aspects such as the chiller units and water circulation system of the central air conditioning system must be carried out.

2、Chiller Units

Based on the collected supply and return water temperatures, pressure, flow rate of the chilled and cooling water circulation systems, and ambient temperature and humidity, the central air conditioning intelligent controller calculates the actual system load and dynamically adjusts the number of operating units and temperature settings of the chiller units. The control mode of chiller units can be divided into two situations.

3、Hot Water Circulation

When the ambient temperature, humidity, system process parameters, and the heat load at the air conditioning terminal change, the process parameters of the water circulation system also change accordingly. The central air conditioning intelligent controller optimizes the efficiency of the chiller units based on the cooling load value and provides control strategies. The chilled water pump energy efficiency controller dynamically adjusts the chilled water flow rate, the cooling water pump energy efficiency controller dynamically adjusts the cooling water flow rate, the hot water pump energy efficiency controller dynamically adjusts the hot water flow rate, and the cooling tower fan energy efficiency controller adjusts the operating number of the cooling tower fans to meet the user's demand for heat exchange and ensure that the COP of the chiller units remains in a state of high conversion efficiency.

4、Energy Management

On the management computer, centralized control and energy efficiency management of system equipment such as chiller units and related electric regulating valves of the water circulation system are realized. Through the intelligent metering unit, electricity consumption statistics of the air conditioning system are achieved and transmitted to the management computer or other energy statistical management systems via the energy bus, enabling statistical management of system operating parameters and energy statistical reports.
